SAFE® offers a complete range of proven bedding materials from own production.
SAFE® actively controls all potential hazard points, from the selection of raw material to production and the final quality control. The special, advanced plant fiber processing technology, developed by SAFE®‘s dedicated team of engineers, guarantees excellent bedding properties and a unique premium quality!
The quality management system is certified according to DIN EN ISO and the production takes place in a closed production process in line with the highest standards of HACCP.
High Performance Fibrillation (HPF)
The innovative and further optimized production step of High Performance Fibrillation (HPF) opens the fiber capillaries and provides excellent absorption and ammonia binding. A special heat treatment (HT) at 500 °C reduces germs and bacteria.
